1. Introduction

Welcome to IPTV Canada. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website and software ("Service"). By activating, using or ordering the Service you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Please read the Terms carefully. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us by WhatsApp or email before making a purchase.

2. Service description

IPTV Canada provides an IPTV streaming service that gives you access to 25,000+ TV channels and video-on-demand (VOD) over an internet connection. The Service is delivered digitally and is available on compatible devices, including Smart TVs, mobile phones, tablets and computers.

We reserve the right to add, remove or modify channels in our lineup without prior notice, in accordance with available broadcasting rights and technical changes. We always strive to maintain a broad and stable channel lineup.

3. Free trial period – 24 hours

We offer a free 24-hour trial period to all new customers. The trial gives you full access to all of the Service's features and channel lineup at no cost and without any requirement to provide payment information.

Trial terms

  • The trial is limited to one (1) time per person and device.
  • The trial is activated via WhatsApp and starts immediately upon activation.
  • There is no automatic renewal – you decide for yourself whether you want to continue with a paid subscription.
  • Abuse of the trial (e.g. multiple accounts per person) may result in suspension of the service.

4. Subscriptions & payment

IPTV Canada offers the following subscriptions with no lock-in contract:

  • 1 month – $15 CAD
  • 3 months – $39 CAD
  • 6 months – $69 CAD (Most popular)
  • 12 months – $119 CAD

Payment terms

  • Payment is made in advance for the selected subscription period.
  • The subscription does not renew automatically – you actively order a new period whenever you wish to continue.
  • Prices are shown including applicable taxes and may change with at least 14 days' notice to existing customers.
  • Access to the Service is normally activated within 5 minutes after payment is confirmed.

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days after activating a paid subscription, we will refund the full amount – no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of the activation date.
  • Send your message via WhatsApp or email to info@iptvcanda.com.
  • Provide the phone number or email address you used when placing your order.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions to the refund guarantee

  • The refund does not apply to the free trial period (24h trial).
  • The refund does not apply if the account has been suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
  • A partial refund may be granted for unused periods on longer subscriptions, subject to individual assessment.

6. Technical requirements

To get the best experience of the Service, we recommend that your internet connection meets the following minimum requirements:

  • HD streaming (1080p): at least 10 Mbps download speed.
  • 4K/UHD streaming: at least 20 Mbps download speed.
  • Stable connection: We recommend connecting via a network cable (Ethernet) rather than Wi-Fi for the best stability.
  • Device: A modern device with up-to-date operating software and an IPTV-compatible application.

IPTV Canada is not responsible for a poor experience caused by insufficient internet capacity, an unstable Wi-Fi connection or limitations imposed by your internet service provider (ISP). We recommend testing your speed at speedtest.net before ordering a subscription.

7. Accounts & devices

One device per account: Each subscription is intended for use on one (1) device at a time. Sharing login credentials with other households or people is not permitted.

Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
  • Never share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect that your account has been misused.

Changing devices

  • If you switch devices, you can contact us to move your subscription to the new device.
  • Device changes are free and are normally processed within 24 hours.

Account suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
  • No fee is refunded in the event of suspension due to a breach of the rules.

8. Prohibited use

The Service may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the Service or its content.
  • Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to access the Service.
  • Sharing login credentials with more than one household.
  • Recording or downloading content for the purpose of further distribution.
  • Attempting to circumvent technical protection measures or hacking attempts against our systems.
  • Use of the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Breach of the above may result in immediate account suspension without a refund, as well as possible legal action.

9. Limitation of liability

IPTV Canada provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service due to maintenance, technical faults or force majeure.

  • We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by your internet service provider.
  • We are not responsible for the content of channels provided by third parties.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current subscription period.

Planned maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible via WhatsApp or email.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms when required, for example due to changes in our service offering, legislation or business practices. The latest version is always published on this page with an updated date.

In the event of material changes, active customers are notified via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the stated date means that you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada as the court of first instance.

As a consumer, you always have the right to contact the Office of Consumer Affairs or your provincial consumer protection office for dispute resolution.
